TEACHING
Esperanto is a constructed international auxiliary language invented by L. L. Zamenhof in the end on the 19th century. His goal was to create an easy-to-learn and politically neutral language that would serve as a universal second language to foster peace and international understanding.
Being a dyed-in-the-wool Esperantist myself, I often give Esperanto classes when I travel. I use the so-called rekta metodo, meaning I exclusively speak Esperanto. To make my teaching more entertaining I often use props, drawings and/or mimes.
